The difference between 5% and 25% broken rice is significant. Food service clients prefer 5% broken for appearance. Industrial users often choose 25% broken for cost savings. Broken rice works perfectly for processing into flour or animal feed.

Parboiled rice offers unique advantages. The steam treatment pushes nutrients from the bran into the grain. It’s harder to overcook and maintains texture better in commercial kitchens. Schools and hospitals prefer parboiled for these reasons.

Jasmine rice commands premium prices but requires careful handling. The natural aroma compounds are volatile – improper storage kills the fragrance. We test every batch with trained sensory panels before shipment.

Basmati authentication matters in premium markets. Fake basmati floods international markets. We source only from certified regions and provide DNA testing certificates for authentic varieties.

Storage conditions make or break rice quality. Humidity above 70% causes mold growth. Temperature fluctuations create condensation inside containers. We monitor storage facilities with wireless sensors that alert us to problems.
